Essential and non-essential amino acids with extra glutamine and magnesium

If we provide our body with all the amino acids it needs, it will have something to build on. This is why a balanced diet rich in protein and amino acids is important for all athletes.

Recommended dosage

Mix 1 serving (17g=1+1/3 scoops) of All Aminos powder per day with 400 ml of cold water. Consume one serving during exercise. On rest days, take one serving between meals.
