Creatine is an organic acid with a high nitrogen content that is also produced by our body using three amino acids, L-arginine, L-glycine and S-adenosylmethionine. Crea Caps contain creatine in the form of creatine monohydrate.

Recommended use

On training days, take 1x5 capsules with a glass of water before training. On rest days take 1x5 capsules in the morning with a glass of water before meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
